General Return Policy
Any items shipped from expresshearingstore.com can be returned within 3 days from the delivery date (if available), that is 25 business days after the shipment date when the delivery date is not available. The shipment date will be clearly outlined in the confirmation email all our customers receive upon the shipment/order. The earliest you can raise a dispute is 6 days after the scheduled shipment date. Different policies or return requirements may apply to certain products. When this is the case, the policy/requirements will be outlined in the product description.
In order to obtain a return shipping address, contact our customer center prior to returning any items. In the instance that it took longer than 30 days from the shipping to when the product is delivered to your address (etc. holiday season), contact us with the proof of the delivery date.
Policy re damaged, wrong, or otherwise faulty items
If an item you received is damaged, different from what you have ordered, or not working, follow the steps below in order to receive a refund or a replacement:
1. Provide proof of the state of the item within three days from the delivery date. This should include a video or an image with a written statement explaining the issue.
2. Let us know whether you would like to receive a refund or you want for the item to be replaced
3. Await our response regarding your claim
4. We will let you know whether the replacement/refund is approved, and when you can expect the balance back in your account or a new item delivered.
5. We may ask you to return the faulty item. When this is the case, we will provide the shipping address and advise you on the limit for the return postage cost and the import fees where applicable.
* Please note that we reserve the right to inspect any items returned to us as damaged or faulty which may affect the previously granted return approval. You will receive an email notification advising you that the item has been received, inspected and whether the approval was confirmed or denied.
6. If you are to receive a refund for the returned item, it will be deposited into your PayPal balance several days after you receive a refund confirmation from us. If you don’t see the refund on your balance within 5 business days, or you would generally like to check the status of your refund, you can do so by following the instructions in the link below as provided by PayPal.
